Agent/Broker Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1983

With a career in Florida real estate that began in Fort Lauderdale in 1979 as a real estate paralegal, Linda has continued to expand her knowledge and experience in this ever changing and fast-paced market.

A resident of Sarasota for 20 years, Linda's involvement in commercial real estate leasing, sales, management and development proved to be a true asset in her role as Manager of Administrative Services with Uniroyal Technology Corporation. Along with subleasing and managing its 36,000sf of Class A office space, Linda was also instrumental in the site selection and start-up of its 50,000sf manufacturing facility in Tampa. Linda takes pride in her ability to listen to and communicate with her clients to provide proactive solutions to their business requirements.

After a promotion to Director of Business Communications and Administration, Linda continued to expand her knowledge in marketing, public relations, market research and administration which gave her the opportunity to work with leading political figures at the state and national level as well as executives of Fortune 500 companies here and abroad.

Since 2004, Linda has continued to expand her commercial experience to include construction management, establishing and managing office condominium associations and asset management for large real estate portfolios in the Sarasota area. She serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Investment Division of the Sarasota Association of Realtors.
